Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days

1. Use cold water only (it is better for the environment AND for your towel’s longevity!)

2. Either air dry or dry on low heat (again, more eco-friendly AND gentler on your travel towel)

3. Do not use fabric softener (bamboo towels are already VERY soft)

4. Do not use bleach (harsh chemicals will wear it out more quickly, and bleach isn’t necessary to sanitise the towel because it’s naturally anti-bacterial).

Following these guidelines will prevent wear and tear, stop fading, minimise shrinkage, and make your bamboo towels last longer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@pangeamovement.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

For parcel damaged in-transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

For parcel lost in-transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
