PANGEA Ocean Cleanup - Cemagi - Bali 14/05/21

We are excited to update you on our latest cleanup in Bali, Indonesia. We cleaned Cemagi Beach in south-west Bali indeed, a special place where the waves roll in from the Indian Ocean, and only a stone's from one of Bali's most iconic Hindu temples. Together with Sungai Watch and 80 volunteers, we collected and stopped over 585KG (1290 lbs) of trash from ending up in the ocean and harming the marine life.

This clean-up was funded by the PANGEA Ocean Cleanup Coin ($POC) a blockchain token which is helping us to achieve our mission to install 16,000 River Barriers, in 1,000 of the world most polluted rivers. The support for $POC has been amazing with more than 15,000 holders in only 1 WEEK and reaching a market cap of $42 Million in the first 24 Hours.
