I'm really impressed with this construction! I bought the bag b/c I knew of the company & believe in their mission. Not because I actively needed a new backpack. It was much heavier-duty than I expected, and I think it will hold up really well. Also has significant size adjustment. I'm 6'1" & 230# and there's still TONS of room to adjust for someone even bigger.

To be honest, I was shocked how good thw backpack is, I cannot believe it was made from Trash, and then when you also realize that this trash was removed from the ocean, it makes you wonder why everyone does not buy one. Well made, and well designed I recommend it to anyone. Good size and is water tight.

The bag is big and can fit quite some stuffs. The material is sturdy and very waterproof. However, some parts of the bag can still be worked on. The closing top part does not work properly I find. When you roll it down, because of the material, it unrolls easily by itself. Maybe a magnet or zippers to close it before rolling would cool too. The straps can be a little longer. It feels like it's missing something thicker at the edge of the opening to make sure it stays rolled up. Also, the mesh side pockets are super tight so regular sized water bottles have a very hard time to go in. It would have also been nice if the logo was reflective. The straps at the back seem pretty good, pretty sturdy too, though if you are a taller person, the hip strap will get closer to your rips which isn't the best. The zippers are great!

The material used is absolutely waterproof. This is the least expensive waterproof pack that I would trust.

This is a really nice backpack. I’m using this backpack to move things because I’m moving soon.

I'm 4'11 so I wasn't sure if this backpack would fit me. I have hiked with this bag 22 times since purchasing it and it's still in great shape. Comfortable and plenty of room for my stuff. I still recommend and would buy this product again!

In general I've been & continue to be very satisfied with this pack, which I bike 15 miles with in NYC almost every weekday.

Perfect for keeping all my camping gear dry on a long kayaking trip! I’ve also taken it backpacking with a 23 lb load, and though it doesn’t have a frame, if you added some padding to the shoulder straps it would be perfectly comfortable for a SHORTER backpacking trip. I did 20 miles no problem. Great adjustability on the hip/shoulder/chest straps!

This bag is great. Totally waterproof
55L has enough space to carry clothes and goods. Comes with a waterproof case for your phone, not for large phones.
One thing. This bag could use more pockets or compartments. It’s comfortable and comes with a sternum clip for more support.

4 day river trip worthy. Kept my sleeping bag, tent, cloths and electronics dry. Carries comfortably while loaded. Attractive and rugged design so fat. Just the right features for my needs. Ordered the smaller one by accident and then the larger bag. The larger 55l is perfect for me. Not to big or too small.

Haven't gotten out to use it yet but it looks and feels well made the reflective lining on the front is very reflective so shouldn't be hard finding in the dark if you do a lot of night fishing.

This bag is huge. It’s waterproof and works well. I know because I capsized on my kayak and the contents inside the bag were perfectly dry. I also use this as a carry on for travel. The bag is durable and waterproof and secure. Love this bag. I highly highly recommend.

I purchased this for use as luggage on my motorcycle. I have saddlebags and I strap this bag horizontally on my rear seat & luggage rack. Works very well! Plenty big! I usually carry 4 days of clothes, cold weather gear, camera gear, even a coffee making kit. I do not use it as a backpack at all, only as a dry bag. I recommend this bag!

I love my dry bag. Big enough to fit everything and will collapse to smaller size. Comfortable over the shoulder or as a backpack.

I have nothing bad to say about the product. I typically use backpacks for grocery shopping but this one hold so much more and the buckle straps helps secure items from falling out. It’s a great product.

Took moto camping. Packs well and stayed dry in an overnight thunderstorm. Was very impressed. Love the Molly system on the straps. Only neg is wish it had drinks for strapping down. Other than that minor thing it’s perfect. All my camping gear fit perfectly.

It’s everything I thought it would be. I feel confident, I don’t have to worry about my items being destroyed by water or any other elements that nature brings our way. It’s light and comfortable. The size is perfect for me. It’s perfect for all my travels, flights, cruises, or by foot!!! And I absolutely love the color, family and friend can’t lose me, I’m bright yellow yay!!!

Exceeded expectations. We took this bag to hike through the Monteverde cloud forest of Costa Rica (go visit before it disappears due to climate change denialism and inaction), to La Fortuna waterfall, and to hike up a volcano. Everything inside remained 100% dry. The bag is incredibly sturdy, well-made, comfortable, and it looks like it's going to last many years. One of the best purchases we've ever made.

Product is amazing. Taken with me when I'm at work, hiking, or travelling on flights. Goes well with a small pillow and sleeping bag while on the go.

I received this pack as a gift for a trip to Iceland in the late winter. Its water resistance turned out to be essential because of all the snow and rain. I would note that the outside pocket is pretty tight and there don't seem to be other pockets other than the main compartment, so be prepared to be opening and closing this bag a lot if you're packing a lot of little things that constantly have to be micromanaged. But for hiking or hanging out on the beach, it's great.

Bought to keep my boys and my clothing dry as we paddled out to camp. Also to keep clothing dry during storms etc.. would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dry bag. I am very pleased.

This bag is excellent- fits everything I need for a day out on the SUP or Kayak.
I wouldn't suggest using it to hold a towel though as the moisture will get the towel fairly wet even if it never touches the water.
That being said, I liked this so much I recommended it to a paddle buddy and he picked one up & loved it.

Building a bug-out bag for my kid, you can stuff a lot in here and keep it dry. I suppose in emergencies you could fill it with water and carry it to where you needed it. Very rugged, has some useful inside pouches, good harness system.

Went on a canoe trip. Boat capsized and we also got stuck in a torrential downpour. Everyone else’s stuff was wet and damp. All of my stuff was dry as could be. It’s comfortable to carry and great for those long portages through the woods. Highly recommend

This was a gift for my son who kayaks, hikes, camps & canoes. He is extremely pleased with this dry pak, said the size was perfect & loves the handy outside-accessible pocket. He can pack most (if not all)of what he needs for a weekend outing in this sturdy, well engineered bag. I purchased the yellow for easy visibility. Would definitely purchase again.

I used this on a two week rafting trip for work. The straps were great whenever we had to hike into a location, and the waist strap allowed me to adjust it like you would a hiking pack (so my back wasn't killing me). The zipper pouch on the front was really convenient to hold keys and other small things that you don't necessarily want to dig for in the main part of any dry bag. It poured on us for most of this trip, and this bag kept everything dry like it was supposed to.

Kept all of our belongings dry at the beach, in the rivers, and everywhere in between.
Never had to worry about what was inside - and it packs a lot! Supremely impressed.

This is a great purchase! Took it on an Alaskan Cruise with lots of excursions into the damp wilderness and on an ocean fishing trip. All item inside the pak kept dry and were easily accessible via the large opening. While I did check a large suitcase on the flight to Alaska, I used the pak as a carry-on bag to store all my bulky shoes/boots and a winter jacket. It fit under the seat in front of me.
